Also be sure to call your claim in directly to the claims reporting number located on your policy or your insurance card. For a list of most carriers claims lines you can find them by clicking here. You are also able to make payments over the phone or online with most companies by simply calling your company's customer service line or visiting their website or using their mobile apps as well.
If you are having difficulty making your payments please contact us or your company directly. Most all companies will work with you and extend graces periods right now. But please call us and don't assume that it is going to be OK. As always please call us with any questions.
